BMW R1250GS Motorcycle Rental in Athens, Greece

Overview

2023 models, the last 1250 GS models produced by BMW. We only have 2 of those left in our fleet and they will be gone before the end of 2026*. So, if you want to rent this, you’ve better hurry and place your booking to secure availability!

* Since 2016 that we started doing business we always have had a policy of replacing every motorcycel after 2.5 operational seasons. The 1250GS has been the only exception to this policy, simply because there were many riders that still prefered this model over the 1300GS. But as the 1300GS gradually became established and earned riders’ trust, we are now finally letting them go! The 2 bikes currently in our fleet will be sold by summer of 2026.

The BMW R1250GS rental includes:

  • Complete luggage system, with 2 side panniers & rear top case
  • Security lock & Anti-theft alarm
  • Unlimited kilometers for rentals of 6+ days
  • 3rd party liability insurance
  • Theft and Damage insurance with deductible (see details below)
  • Road side assistance (BMW Mobile care)
  • All taxes

Prices per day (Euros)

  • 1* – 2 days: 165
  • 3 days: 155
  • 4-6 days: 145
  • 7-13 days: 135
  • 14+ days: 125

* 1-day rentals are offered only on the basis of last minute availability. We do not accept pre-bookings for single days.

For rentals up to 5 days you are allowed for 250-300 free kilometers per day. Extra kilometers are charged for 0.40 euros per km.

Rentals of 6 and more days get free allowance of unlimited kilometers.

Rider Requirements:

To rent the BMW R1250GS, riders must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Minimun age: 30 years old
  • Rider’s license: minimum 2 years of :
  • motorcycle category A for European riders,
  • non European riders: a full unrestricted motorcycle license AND an International Driver’s Permit showing class A, unless your country is listed as exempt in this article.
  • 5,000 kilometers of recent experience (within the last 3 years)

Insurance and Deposits:

Standard (included in the rental price) :

  • Security Deposit : 1,400 euros (pre-authorized on VISA or MASTERCAD credit card)
  • Theft coverage and Damages: you are covered for amounts in excess of 1,900 euros

VIP, available as an option for rentals of 6 or more days :

  • additional cost of 20 euros per day
  • Reduces Security deposit and Excess to : 800 euros
