Overview

The BMW R1300GS represents the latest evolution of BMW’s large-capacity adventure platform. Designed for long-distance touring, demanding road conditions, and sustained two-up travel, it combines strong performance with refined on-road dynamics.

All BMW R1300GS motorcycles in our rental fleet :

are 2025 and 2026 models, low mileage and maintained strictly according to manufacturer specifications.
For luggage: they are equipped with the previous-generation BMW Vario side panniers (from the R1250GS), selected for their proven durability and greater usable capacity for touring. See images in the gallery at the bottom section of this page.
Do not feature the automatic “Adaptive Vehicle Height Control” system. Accordingly, seat height is standard at 850 mm. We have delibarately made this choice, due to numerous quality issues of the Adaptive System.
have the option to be rented with a low seat (as accessory) that brings seat height down to 830 mm. Those low seats are limited, so riders who wish to rent bikes with it have to request it in advance.

This motorcycle is best suited to experienced riders who are already comfortable handling large, powerful adventure or touring motorcycles. Its size, weight, and power output require confidence and developed riding skills, particularly when fully loaded.

* 1-day rentals are offered only on the basis of last minute availability. We do not accept pre-bookings for single days.

For rentals up to 5 days you are allowed for 250-300 free kilometers per day. Extra kilometers are charged for 0.40 euros per km.

Rentals of 6 and more days get free allowance of unlimited kilometers.

Rider Requirements:

To rent the BMW R1300GS, riders must meet all of the following requirements:

Minimun age: 33 years old
Rider’s license: minimum 4 years of :
- motorcycle category A for European riders,
- non European riders: a full unrestricted motorcycle license AND an International Driver’s Permit showing class A, unless your country is listed as exempt in this article.
5,000 kilometers of recent experience (within the last 3 years)

Insurance and Deposits:

Security Deposit : 1,500 euros (pre-authorized on VISA or MASTERCAD credit card)
Theft coverage and Damages: you are covered for amounts in excess of 2,000 euros
