This article does not take into consideration the cost of organized guided tour packages, since every motorcycle tour operator may apply different profit margins for the provisions of services that add up to all the paramaters shown here.

Fuel
Unleaded gasoline pricing:
- 95 RON: €1.80/liter (average)
- 98 RON: €1.90/liter (average)
- 99-100 RON: €2.00–€2.10/liter (average)
Expect 7–9% higher prices in remote areas—Pindus mountains, Mani Peninsula, and similar destinations with limited infrastructure.
Accommodation
Full details are covered in our dedicated accommodation article. Below are average costs per room per night, including breakfast, for double occupancy (rider + passenger or two riders sharing).
Four main categories:
- Budget (1–2 star hotels, guesthouses): €50–€75
- Mid-range (3-star hotels): €80–€110
- Upper-level (4–5 star, boutique hotels, resorts): €110–€220
- Luxury: €250+
Single occupancy: Typically 5–10% less than double rates.
Peak pricing: Expect 20–30% increases during July–August and around Greek national holidays.
Note: “Star” classification refers to official Greek hotel categorization based on amenities and services, not review ratings from Google, TripAdvisor, or Booking.com.
Road Tolls
Tolls apply only on highways (motorways).
- Per toll station: €0.90–€3.00
- Frequency: 2–3 toll stations per 100 km of highway travel
Greece does not use a vignette system. Tolls are paid per passage.
Meals
Pricing varies significantly by venue and location:
- Greek street food (souvlaki, pita gyros): €3–€4
- Village tavernas (countryside): €15–€20 per person—exceptional quality, generous portions
- Standard tavernas and restaurants: €20–€30 per person
- Fine dining: €45–€70 per person

Private tours for couples or small groups (3–4 people) average €120–€150 per tour (not per person), plus admission. Pricing tiers favor larger groups.

- Engine oil (1L, semi-synthetic): €12–€20
- Engine oil (1L, fully synthetic): €15–€25
- Oil filter: €10–€15
- Brake pads (pair, semi-sintered or sintered): €25–€50
- Labor rate (per hour): €30–€100 (varies by shop)
- Tire replacement (pair, known brands): €250–€350 including labor
- Tire repair/patch: €10–€20

- Pace indicator: Daily kilometer ranges assess realistic riding pace—250km on highways takes 2 hours; 250km through Pindus or Peloponnese mountains takes 6–7 hours
- Coffee & pit-stop allowance: Daily budget for village square stops, coffee, snacks, and incidentals—integral to Greek backroad touring
