If you allow cookies to be used on your device and web browser, then by using this website, you consent to the processing of anonymous data about your visit to this website, by Google and by Facebook and in turn by MotoGreece, in the manner and for the purposes set out below.
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help us analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google servers.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
Similar to Google Analytics, we use the “Facebook pixel” which is also an analytics tool that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising by understanding the actions people take on our website.
For this, Facebook pixel is placing a piece of text code on the header of our website. So for example, when someone visits MotoGreece’s website and takes an action (like clicking to go from page A to page B), the Facebook pixel is triggered and reports this action anonymously. This way, we’ll know when a visitor takes an action, and will be able to reach that visitor again through future Facebook ads.

Any personal information collected via: a) the booking form, b) the contact form or c) via emails that you send to us, or d) when you physically visit our premises and sign the rental contracts, will be kept strictly confidential to MotoGreece. We will not release these details to any 3rd party, unless ordered to do so by authorities for the purposes of legal investigations.
Data submitted through our website or by email
These may include your full name, your email address, and your physical address (when you submit the booking request form).
These data are used to fill in and process the booking procedure and are necessary to be filled in the rental contract. After we receive and process this information, that data are moved and save in means of electronic storage but off-line. Thus your personal data can not be compromised in case someone hacks into our systems via the website or web server.
Data submitted physically, at your presence in our office
These include your full name, your email, your physical address and also passport and driving license information. These are absolutely necessary in order to form and complete a legal agreement such as the rental contract. Without these data, no rentals can be made.
We retain these data in physical (“hard copy”) means, for at least 1 year after the completion of your rental period. This retention time is necessary in order to allow us or our legal representatives (lawyers) to handle issues such us traffic violations by renter, road accidents in which renter is involved etc because, under conditions that are not controlled by MotoGreece, these events might be brought to court of justice within such a period of time after the rental has ended.
We use a 3rd party service, called Mailchimp, for the Newsletter that we may send to people who opt-in to subscribe. The newsletter is sent directly by that service and your email address and optionally your name that you enter to the sign-up form, are kept in Mailchimp infrastructures.
When you choose to pay us on-line by using any of the available methods, you are being redirected to the respective payment portals outside of our website, such as PayPal or a bank’s e-commerce platform. Any data that you enter then, including your credit card, is handled directly by these portals through their secure protocols, and not by MotoGreece.
Therefor, MotoGreece will never collect your credit card’s details via our website (a contact or booking form), and we never store credit card’s details on our servers or databases.
